Talent Acquisition Manager Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced talent acquisition manager to join our team.

As talent acquisition manager, you will be responsible for filling positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability to the company. you must have excellent interpersonal skill, incredibly organized and a passion for working with others.

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

  • Determine current staffing needs
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Supervise recruiting personnel
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a talent acquisition manager, or similar experience in an HR role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
