Restaurant Supervisor Job Description
We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly.
As restaurant supervisor, your responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers.
Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Assist in the hiring and training of new employees
- Oversee both front and back of house operations
- Maintain high-quality food standards
- Oversee our kitchen staff’s compliance with all health and safety requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
- Manage the shift schedules of our restaurant’s staff
