Recruitment Consultant Job Description
We are looking to employ an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team.
As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for attracting the right candidates for positions with clients' companies, implementing programs to screen candidates, assessing their CVs, and matching them with the vacancies available.
Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.
- Client meetings.
- Advertising of vacancies.
- Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates.
- Conducting interviews.
- Registering candidates.
- Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Attending exhibitions and networking meetings.
- Sales calls and business development.
- Account management of existing clients.
- Working towards key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
- Previous experience as a recruitment consultant
- Experience in a sales role
- Account management experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
