We are looking to hire an experienced Headhunter to join our team.

 As a Headhunter, you will actively seek out qualified candidates through networking systems and social media marketing. you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a natural talent for negotiating, and the ability to make quick decisions.

Headhunter Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
  • Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
  • Browse CV databases
  • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
  • Attend job fairs and organize career events
  • Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques

Headhunter Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a headhunter.
  • Experience with social media and online advertising.
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions.
  • Experience with report writing and data analytics.
